Dr. Patricia Snello Dillen, Medical Director

Dr. Dillen has practiced emergency medicine for more than 30 years. A board certified physician, she comes to AFC Urgent Care from Union Hospital of Cecil County and Total Urgent Care. She was previously an emergency physician at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Fallston General, Sinai and Mercy hospitals. An alumna of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, she graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Mercy Hospital.

Justin Kirk, Physician Assistant

Board certified with a master’s degree and certification as a physician assistant (PA), Justin Kirk has been working as an emergency department clinician since 2005 at hospitals including Johns Hopkins Bayview and Franklin Square. Kirk earned his PA credentials at Arcadia University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Western Maryland College. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and was awarded the Johns Hopkins Bayview Physician Assistant of the Year Award in 2007-2008 and 2013-2014.


Nicole Kirk, Physician Assistant

For more than a decade, Nicole Kirk worked as an emergency department clinician at hospitals, including GBMC and Franklin Square. Kirk holds a master’s degree and is board certified as a physician assistant (PA). She earned her PA credentials at Arcadia University in 2005 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Ethan Hersko, Physician Assistant

A board certified physician assistant, Ethan Hersko has experience treating patients in both hospital and urgent care settings. He earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in 2014 from the Touro College School of Health Sciences in Bay Shore, NY. In 2011, Hersko was awarded an Associate of Applied Science degree from Touro College in Brooklyn, NY, graduating as valedictorian. Hersko is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a member of the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants.

Kenneth St. Ours, Physician Assistant

Kenneth St. Ours has more than 25 years of experience as a physician assistant, treating patients in urgent care and hospital emergency room settings. He earned his Associate of Arts in physician assistant studies from Essex Community College in 1987. St. Ours also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in psychology from Towson University.

Dr. Wayne Bonlie, Physician

Dr. Bonlie has more than 20 years of experience in family practice. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University in California, going on to serve as chief resident at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Texas, and medical chief of staff at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Washington State. He spent several years in private family practice and was medical director at the Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Center of Baltimore.

Trish Dorsey, Administrator

Trish Dorsey has more than 20 years of experience as an office administrator and physician assistant in family practice. She received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola College and completed the physician assistant program at Essex Community College.
